The hotel is located within walking distance from Port El Kantaoui on the first line from the sea. The area is quite large and moderately green. The pool is large, pleasant and clean. The rooms are large and comfortable. The food is very good, sometimes excellent and varied. The beer is good as well as the wine (red and white) is also not bad, especially when compared with other wines from local shops. The service staff is very friendly and qualified, excluding reception. It is necessary to note also that prices of different attractions on the beach are not high and the hotel has a lot of parking place.

We encountered a slight delay at the check-in, but the front office manager and the client relationship officer promptly greeted us and ensured that the process was completed in a timely manner. Additionally, we received a complimentary room upgrade at the original booking rate, despite the hotel being busy at this time of the year. The staff's exceptional friendliness always accompanies a warm and welcoming smile.

The breakfast excellent, all the food very good. The beds are extremely comfortable. Rooms spacious, nice large bath. The staff are very good, friendly but don't overstep the mark. Very good chef, well run, pleasant atmosphere amongst staff, which suggests good strong management

Kraiem

The hotel staff are extremely helpful, the hotel is very clean, very well located, food is good and rooms have a great view. Heated indoor pool is very convenient for when the weather is not too hot to be able to swim outside.
